For youth: Growing up with ADHD can be challenging. We focus on building skills to support effective organization methods, emotion regulation, study skills, and self advocacy.
Chronic Pain Consulting
Chronic pain can feel incredibly challenging and frustrating given the numerous ways that it can impact our daily life. Pain psychology services are part of the gold-standard treatment for pain management. We focus on supporting individuals and their families in getting back to the activities in their daily life that they have had to miss due to pain. Our person-centered, empirical approach includes education around the neurobiology of pain, introducing skills that help to modify the way our bodies are processing pain signals, strengthening the mind-body connection, and strategies for increasing functioning so that you can get back to the people and activities that matter most to you.
